The watch app crashes when I start a workout

Force-close the Apex Zone watch app, reopen it once with your wrist up so it can fully load on its own, then try again. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the watch app via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Heart rate stuck at 0

Check that Apex Zone has Heart Rate read access: iPhone → Watch app → My Watch → Health → Apex Zone. Turn on Heart Rate and restart the workout. If you're using a paired Bluetooth band, make sure it's connected in Settings → Pair band on the iPhone.

My data isn't syncing

Sign out and back in from Settings → Account. Local data on your device is preserved — only the link to the server is re-established.

What Apple Health data is the app using?

Open Settings → Apple Health in the app to see every metric we capture, when it last synced, and recent trends. You control access in the iOS Settings app under Privacy → Health → Apex Zone.

I want to delete my account

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and data from our servers within 30 days. You can also email [email protected] from the address tied to the account and we'll handle it for you.
