The Alternating Renegade Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Alternating Renegade Row

  1. Set up in a high plank with both hands gripping kettlebells, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Row one kettlebell to your hip while keeping your hips level and square to the floor.
  3. Brace your core hard to resist rotation throughout the movement.
  4. Lower the kettlebell, then row the opposite side.
