How to do the Incline Bench Pull
- Lie face-down on an incline bench set to 30–45°, barbell on the floor below you.
- Grip the bar just outside shoulder width and row it toward your chest.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top and lower under control.
- Keep your chest pinned to the pad throughout the movement.
