The Inverted Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Inverted Row

  1. Set a bar at roughly hip height and lie under it, gripping it shoulder-width overhand.
  2. Extend your body into a straight plank from heels to head before you pull.
  3. Drive your elbows back to pull your chest to the bar.
  4. Lower under control to full arm extension before the next rep.
