The Leverage High Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leverage High Row

  1. Sit upright and grip the handles above shoulder height with a pronated grip.
  2. Pull the handles toward your upper abdomen, leading with your elbows.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
  4. Return to the start position under control without letting your torso swing.
