How to do the Leverage High Row
- Sit upright and grip the handles above shoulder height with a pronated grip.
- Pull the handles toward your upper abdomen, leading with your elbows.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
- Return to the start position under control without letting your torso swing.
