How to do the Lying Cambered Barbell Row

  1. Lie face-down on a high bench and grip the cambered bar hanging below with an overhand grip.
  2. Row the bar up toward your lower chest, driving your elbows back.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the pull.
  4. Lower the bar fully under control to get a complete stretch each rep.
