The Lying T-Bar Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lying T-Bar Row

  1. Lie face-down on the chest pad and grip the handles with arms extended.
  2. Retract your shoulder blades first, then pull the handles toward your torso.
  3. Lead with your elbows and keep them close to your body.
  4. Lower to full extension under control before each rep.
