How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Row

  1. Hinge at the hips with a flat back and brace your free hand on a stable surface.
  2. Let the kettlebell hang directly below your shoulder, arm fully extended.
  3. Drive your elbow straight back, pulling the bell to your hip crease.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower under control without rotating your torso.
