How to do the Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows

  1. Hinge to roughly 45 degrees and grip the bar underhand, hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pull the bar to your lower abdomen, driving your elbows back close to your sides.
  3. Keep your back flat and your lower back braced throughout the pull.
