Seated Cable Rows
The Seated Cable Rows is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Seated Cable Rows
- Sit at the cable station, feet on the platform, knees slightly bent, grip the handle with both hands.
- Pull the handle to your lower abdomen, driving your elbows straight back.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
- Return with control; don't let your torso rock forward to generate momentum.
