How to do the Seated One-arm Cable Pulley Rows

  1. Sit facing the cable stack, brace your core, and grip the handle with one hand, arm extended.
  2. Row the handle to your hip by driving your elbow straight back and retracting your shoulder blade.
  3. Pause with your shoulder fully retracted, then extend your arm back to the start under control.
  4. Keep your torso upright and resist rotating your shoulders to help the pull.
