The Straight Bar Bench Mid Rows is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Straight Bar Bench Mid Rows

  1. Lie chest-down on an incline bench set to roughly 30–45 degrees, gripping a barbell below you with both hands.
  2. Let the bar hang at full arm extension to start each rep.
  3. Row the bar toward your sternum, leading with your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower under control until your arms are fully extended before the next rep.
