Suspended Row
The Suspended Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Suspended Row
- Hold the handles and lean back with arms extended, body in a straight line.
- Pull your chest to your hands by driving your elbows back.
- Keep your body rigid from head to heels — don't break at the hips.
- Lower yourself with control until your arms are fully extended.
