Two-Arm Kettlebell Row
The Two-Arm Kettlebell Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Two-Arm Kettlebell Row
- Hinge at the hips until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor, a kettlebell in each hand hanging beneath your shoulders.
- Row both bells toward your hips, driving your elbows back and up.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the pull.
- Lower with control and maintain a flat back throughout — don't let your hips rise.
