How to do the Finger Curls
- Sit with your forearms resting on your thighs, barbell held at the fingertips.
- Curl your fingers up to close your grip fully, then lower back to fingertips.
- Keep wrists roughly neutral—this is a finger movement, not a wrist curl.
- Use a light load; the range of motion is small and the tendons fatigue quickly.
