How to do the Seated Palms-Down Barbell Wrist Curl

  1. Sit at the edge of a bench with forearms on your thighs, palms facing down.
  2. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip, wrists hanging just past your knees.
  3. Extend your wrists upward through a full range of motion.
  4. Lower slowly under control; keep forearms pressed flat against your thighs.
