Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover
The Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover
- Lie along a bench holding the bar above your chest with elbows bent to roughly 90°.
- Lower the bar in an arc behind your head until you feel a stretch through your lats and chest.
- Keep the bend in your elbows fixed throughout — do not straighten your arms.
- Pull the bar back over your chest by contracting your lats, not by extending your elbows.
