Elevated Cable Rows

Cable Lats

The Elevated Cable Rows is a strength movement that targets your lats. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Elevated Cable Rows

  1. Set the cable pulley above head height, grip the handle with both hands, and sit or stand back to create tension.
  2. Pull the handle down and toward your sternum, leading with your elbows.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of each rep.
  4. Control the return — don't let the cable yank your shoulders forward.
