How to do the Cable Incline Pushdown
- Set the cable high and lean forward from the hips, arms extended overhead toward the pulley.
- Push the attachment down to your thighs in a straight-arm arc, driving with the lats.
- Keep the elbows soft but fixed — movement comes from the shoulder, not the elbow.
- Return slowly until your arms are fully extended overhead before the next rep.
