How to do the Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullover
- Lie along a bench holding one dumbbell vertically with both hands, elbows bent.
- Lower the dumbbell in an arc behind your head until you feel a stretch through your lats and chest.
- Keep your elbows bent and pointing toward the ceiling throughout the movement.
- Pull the dumbbell back over your chest using your lats; control the arc on the way down.
