Bodyweight Flyes
The Bodyweight Flyes is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Bodyweight Flyes
- Start in a straight-arm plank with hands on sliders or rings, body rigid from head to heels.
- Slowly spread your arms out to the sides, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Use your chest to pull your arms back together and return to the start position.
- Don't let your hips sag — lose the plank and you lose the exercise.
