The Cable Chest Press is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cable Chest Press

  1. Set both pulleys at chest height and stand centered between the stacks.
  2. Press both handles forward until arms are nearly extended, then return under control.
  3. Keep your chest up and core braced — don't let your torso round forward.
  4. Stop just short of elbow lockout on each rep.
