How to do the Cable Crossover
- Set both pulleys high, grab one handle each hand, and step forward to load the cables.
- Pull both handles down and together in a wide arc, meeting at hip level.
- Maintain a fixed, slight bend in the elbows — the arc comes from the shoulder, not the elbow.
- Control the return; don't let the weight snap your arms back.
