Chest Push (multiple response)

Medicine ball Chest

The Chest Push (multiple response) is a plyometrics movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Chest Push (multiple response)

  1. Stand facing a wall or partner, holding the ball at chest height with elbows bent.
  2. Push the ball explosively, catch the rebound immediately, and push again without pausing.
  3. Stay on the balls of your feet and minimize time between each throw.
  4. Keep your elbows in and core braced through every rep in the series.
