How to do the Clock Push-Up

  1. Start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Perform a push-up, then move one hand to the next clock position and repeat.
  3. Keep your hips level and core braced at every position.
  4. Control the descent on each rep regardless of hand placement.
