How to do the Cross Over - With Bands

  1. Anchor bands at or above shoulder height on both sides and step forward to create tension.
  2. With arms extended out to the sides, pull both handles together in front of your chest in a hugging arc.
  3. Squeeze your chest at the midpoint before releasing.
  4. Control the return — don't let the bands pull your arms back uncontrolled.
