How to do the Decline Dumbbell Bench Press
- Secure your feet, sit on the high end of the decline bench, and kick the dumbbells up as you lie back.
- Lower the dumbbells to the sides of your lower chest, elbows at roughly 45–75 degrees.
- Press to lockout, bringing the dumbbells in slightly at the top without touching.
- To dismount, bring the weights to your chest and sit up carefully — don't drop them behind you.
