How to do the Decline Smith Press

  1. Set the decline bench under the bar so it unracks directly over your lower chest.
  2. Secure your feet, unrack, and lower the bar to your lower chest under control.
  3. Press straight up to lockout.
  4. Keep shoulder blades pinched into the bench throughout.
