The Dips - Chest Version is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Dips - Chest Version

  1. Lean your torso forward 30–45 degrees and hold that angle for the entire set.
  2. Lower until your upper arms are at least parallel to the floor.
  3. Allow your elbows to flare slightly outward to load the chest.
  4. Press through your palms and drive your chest upward back to the start.
