The Drop Push is a plyometrics movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Drop Push

  1. Begin with hands elevated on a platform at each side, body in a rigid plank.
  2. Drop both hands to the floor between the platforms and immediately absorb into the bottom of a push-up.
  3. Explosively press up and place hands back on the platforms.
  4. Keep your hips level throughout — no sagging or piking.
