How to do the Dumbbell Bench Press
- Lie flat on a bench with dumbbells at chest level, palms facing forward and feet flat on the floor.
- Press both dumbbells up until your arms are nearly locked, keeping a slight arch in your lower back.
- Lower slowly until your upper arms are just below parallel to the floor.
- Keep your shoulder blades retracted and depressed throughout the set.
