How to do the Dynamic Chest Stretch
- Stand tall with arms extended out to your sides at shoulder height.
- Swing both arms forward to cross in front of your chest, then sweep them back as wide as possible.
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows and your shoulders relaxed.
- Increase your range of motion gradually with each swing.
