Elbows Back

No equipment Chest

The Elbows Back is a stretching movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Elbows Back

  1. Stand tall, clasp your hands behind your lower back, and open your chest.
  2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and drive both elbows back.
  3. Hold the end position for 2–3 seconds, feeling the stretch across your chest.
  4. Keep your chin neutral — don't jut it forward as you open up.
