How to do the Extended Range One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press

  1. Lie on the floor, hold a kettlebell in one hand at chest level with your elbow resting on the ground.
  2. Press the kettlebell to full arm extension directly above your shoulder.
  3. Lower slowly until your elbow contacts the floor, pausing before the next rep.
  4. Keep your shoulder packed into the socket — don't let it shrug or roll forward at the top.
