How to do the Forward Drag with Press

  1. Grip the handles at chest height and lean slightly into the implement.
  2. Drive through your legs to drag it forward one step at a time.
  3. After each step, press the handles forward until your arms extend.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up throughout the movement.
