How to do the Front Raise And Pullover
- Lie on a flat bench holding a barbell at arm's length above your chest.
- Lower the bar toward your thighs in a front-raise arc, then reverse it back over your chest.
- Continue arcing the bar back over your head into a full pullover stretch.
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout and move with control.
