How to do the Front Raise And Pullover

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding a barbell at arm's length above your chest.
  2. Lower the bar toward your thighs in a front-raise arc, then reverse it back over your chest.
  3. Continue arcing the bar back over your head into a full pullover stretch.
  4. Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout and move with control.
