How to do the Hammer Grip Incline DB Bench Press

  1. Set the bench to a 30–45 degree incline and sit back with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
  2. Press the dumbbells up and slightly inward until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Lower slowly, keeping your elbows at roughly 45 degrees from your torso.
  4. Keep your back flat against the pad and feet planted on the floor throughout.
