The Incline Cable Flye is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Cable Flye

  1. Set an incline bench between two low pulleys and hold one handle in each hand with a slight elbow bend.
  2. Arc the handles upward and together in a wide hugging motion.
  3. Pause briefly when the handles meet, then reverse the arc with control.
  4. Maintain the fixed elbow angle throughout — do not turn this into a press.
