Incline Dumbbell Flyes

Dumbbell Chest

The Incline Dumbbell Flyes is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Dumbbell Flyes

  1. Set the bench to 30–45°, hold dumbbells above your chest with palms facing each other and elbows slightly bent.
  2. Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch across your chest.
  3. Drive them back up along the same arc, stopping just short of touching.
  4. Keep the elbow angle fixed — any bending turns it into a press.
