The Incline Dumbbell Press is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Dumbbell Press

  1. Set the bench to 30–45° and hold dumbbells at chest height, palms facing forward.
  2. Press the dumbbells up and slightly inward until your arms are nearly straight.
  3. Lower with control until your upper arms reach parallel to the floor.
  4. Retract your shoulder blades before pressing and keep them pinned throughout.
