Incline Push-Up

Body only Chest

The Incline Push-Up is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Push-Up

  1. Place your hands on an elevated surface at shoulder width and step your feet back into a plank.
  2. Lower your chest toward the surface, keeping your elbows at roughly 45° from your torso.
  3. Press back up until your arms are fully extended without locking out.
  4. Keep your hips level and your core tight — no sagging or piking.
