How to do the Incline Push-Up Reverse Grip

  1. Place hands on a raised surface with fingers pointing back toward you.
  2. Keep elbows close to your sides as you lower your chest.
  3. Press back to full arm extension through the chest and triceps.
  4. Maintain a rigid plank — don't let the reverse grip pull your elbows out.
