How to do the Incline Push-Up Wide

  1. Place hands well outside shoulder-width on a raised surface.
  2. Lower your chest toward the surface, letting elbows flare outward.
  3. Press through the chest to return to start.
  4. Keep hips level — a wide grip reduces the push arm contribution, so hold your plank actively.
