Isometric Chest Squeezes

Body only Chest

The Isometric Chest Squeezes is a plyometrics movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Isometric Chest Squeezes

  1. Press your palms firmly together in front of your chest with elbows at shoulder height.
  2. Squeeze as hard as possible, driving force through the chest for the full hold.
  3. Keep your shoulders down and back — don't let them creep toward your ears.
  4. Breathe steadily throughout; don't hold your breath.
