The Isometric Wipers is a strength movement that targets your chest. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Isometric Wipers

  1. Lie face down with forearms flat on the floor, elbows bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Drive both forearms toward each other as hard as possible without letting them move.
  3. Hold the contraction for the prescribed duration.
  4. Keep your core tight and body flat — don't let your hips rise.
