How to do the IT Band and Glute Stretch
- Sit on the floor with one leg extended and cross the opposite foot over the outside of that knee.
- Sit tall and draw the bent knee toward your opposite shoulder.
- Hold the stretch and breathe; feel the pull along the outer hip and glute.
- Keep your back straight—don't round forward to force more range.
