The Lying Crossover is a stretching movement that targets your abductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lying Crossover

  1. Lie on your back with your arms extended out to your sides at shoulder height.
  2. Lift one leg and cross it over your body toward the opposite hand, rotating at the hip.
  3. Keep both shoulders flat on the floor as your hip rotates.
  4. Hold the stretch, return to start, and repeat on the other side.
