How to do the Windmills
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, arms extended to the sides.
- Hinge at the hip and reach one hand toward the opposite foot, keeping both legs straight.
- Track the raised hand with your eyes throughout the movement.
- Alternate sides in a slow, controlled tempo.
