The Monster Walk is a strength movement that targets your abductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Monster Walk
- Place the band around your ankles, assume a quarter-squat, and keep tension on the band throughout.
- Step laterally in one direction for the prescribed distance or reps, then return the other way.
- Keep your toes pointing forward and your knees tracking over your toes.
- Maintain the quarter-squat position the entire time — don't stand up between steps.
