The Thigh Abductor is a strength movement that targets your abductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Thigh Abductor

  1. Sit upright in the machine with the pads against the outside of your knees.
  2. Drive your legs outward to full range by contracting your outer hips.
  3. Avoid leaning back or using momentum to move the weight.
  4. Return slowly under control — don't let the stack slam.
